How to close a Loan

Once the loan is approved and the rate is locked we are in the closing phase of your loan. Care-Mor Home Loans will then order your loan documents that are sent to escrow.

Our processing department will co-ordinate between you, the lender and escrow company to help you with a smooth signoff and closing of your loan. For purchases this process could be 2 to 10 business days and for refinance it is about 15 to 20 days.
