The appraisal process

Important changes since October 3, 2015: The mortgage compliance continues to change. The most recent changes now add an additional 3 business days before we can order an appraisal. The appraiser will directly contact you.

Due to the greater oversight and the complexity of your property it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the appraiser to submit their findings. It will take additional 2 to 3 business days to go through 2 levels of review. You can expect a completes written appraisal report in 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS. An appraisal is the best estimate of the value of the property according to the appraiser.
